At Fresh Vibes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the conditions below.


7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear

  • Products returned after 7 days

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective)


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • Or the wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

โš  Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping cost
